Ashton is a legislative analyst at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, a leading international law firm with offices located in major financial centers around the world. With experience covering the financial services industry, Ashton has reported extensively on the U.S. Government’s actions in response to the financial crisis and related issues. Mr. LeBourgeois additionally has experience with fundraising, event planning, and outreach efforts for a number of charitable organizations. Ashton holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has researched and co-authored books on the lives and writings of notable women in one American family.
