Matt Martini is a public relations consultant with experience advocating on behalf of energy and environmental issues, political campaigns, authors, law enforcement, higher education and veterans. Previous to joining CRC Public Relations, Matt worked at Off The Record Strategies where he most notably helped reunite former Army dog handler Specialist Brent Grommet with his dog Matty after they were both wounded in combat and separated for nearly 18 months. He then assisted the American Humane Association in getting language added to the National Defense Authorization Act of 2016 to make it easier for military dog handlers and their dogs to be reunited. Matt has aided state elected officials to promote and pass legislation to make it easier for veterans and their families to find jobs. He has also worked with other veterans organizations to advance their causes.
