Loren Voss is a Senior Advisor at the Department of Defense where she leads efforts to integrate civilian harm mitigation into security assistance and security cooperation with allies and partners. She previously served as an Air Force officer, clerked for the Israeli Supreme Court, and wrote on national security and immigration as a Harvard Frederick Sheldon Traveling Fellow. Most recently, she was a management consultant at McKinsey in Washington, D.C. Loren holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.A. in Global Affairs from the Jackson Institute at Yale University, and a B.A. in International Relations and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
