Parker Normann

Dr. Parker Normann is a Senior Consultant with Charles River Associates.  He has more than 20 years of experience as a testifying economist, serving as an expert witness on complex merger, antitrust litigation, and regulatory matters before U.S. courts and regulatory agencies.  He has worked on economic issues for some of the world’s largest corporations in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, electronics, paper manufacturing, and agriculture.  His work has been relied on in judicial decisions and called “reliable” and “persuasive.” He has also been nominated for Economist of the Year and Matter of the Year by industry publications.  Dr. Normann holds a PhD in economics from George Mason University, a MS in economics from Murray State University, and a BS in economics and marketing from Lehigh University.  He has two children with Amy, his wife since 1996.  Their oldest child is currently serving in the US Marine Corps and worked with an interpreter in Africa on his most recent deployment. Their daughter attends college and studies literature and dance.  Parker is active in the Fairfax, VA community, serving his local church as Youth leader, teaching economics at Trinity Christian School, and volunteering in the City Jobs Program with the Lamb Center.
