What We Do

OPERATIONS

‘Operation’ is the word we use to describe a program or initiative of No One Left Behind which has been deemed a strategic priority and essential to achieving our mission and vision.

OPERATION LOST IN TRANSLATION

The Special Immigrant Visa application process takes an average of 5 years from the initial application to arrival in America.

We provide remote assistance and advocacy for Wartime Allies applying to receive a life-saving visa.

STORIES FROM THE FIELD:

OPERATION WELCOME HOME

Our wartime allies come to America with whatever they can carry in two carry on suitcases. We mobilize our volunteer members in partnership with local resettlement agencies to make sure they get the welcome they deserve.

This includes anything from a hero’s greeting at the airport, to helping find and furnish their first home in America and getting acclimated to their new neighbors and neighborhood.

STORIES FROM THE FIELD:

OPERATION WHEELS

In most cases, a car makes the difference between success and failure for wartime allies in America. Sometimes, a 30-minute drive can turn into a 4-hour commute.

Operation Wheels assists wartime allies and members of their family age 16 and older in acquiring a driver’s license and a vehicle for the family.

STORIES FROM THE FIELD:

OPERATION GOT YOUR BACK

Our goal is to provide wartime allies with the necessary tools to become self-sufficient. Operation Got your Back furthers economic advancement through focused support in finding initial employment and establishing a career development pathway.

STORIES FROM THE FIELD:

OPERATION MEDIC

Many wartime allies have not been informed of their rights to receive compensation for injuries they sustained while serving alongside US military or government efforts.  In partnership with a legal team, we are helping them fight to receive those benefits.

Through Operation Medic, we are giving our wartime allies and their family members support in navigating the American healthcare system.

STORIES FROM THE FIELD:

OPERATION NEVER FORGET

Through Operation Never Forget, we are working to record and remember the names and stories of wartime allies who lost their lives during or as a result of serving alongside U.S. military or government efforts.
